No usable serial # but has H.P. White Lab Tag # 1348. We have no idea as to who built this unique rifle. It is semi auto, the action and chip appear to be from a webley semi auto pistol. The barrel is 18 1/2" long. The action is a straight blow back the whole action fits in the solid 1 piece wood stock. The action and barrel were English proofed, the wood appears to be European. It is very well made and rather complicated in design and construction affixed to the stock is the inventory tag of the famous HP Wite Lab of Bel Air Mary Land. The rifle is neatly checkered, and very well made. As stated we have no idea who or where this item was built. If you have any information it would be appreciated. It is a great piece for the 22 or the curio collector.
